Among Us started as one of the most played games of 2020 and its popularity doesn't seem to be decreasing any time soon. Streamers, YouTubers and gamers of all kinds have found its multiplayer madness to be supremely entertaining. The premise is simple: a crew of a space ship must find out which of their number is an imposter set out to kill them. This simplicity is extended to the design of the characters, something which is beneficial when making an Among Us cosplay costume.

Among Us space suit costume with mask
Another fantastic idea that comes to mind, if you don't have hats or the time to make the full suit, is to make a mask or visor that imitates the helmet. As with the first option, the only thing you will need for the wardrobe is clothes of the same color. In this case you will need a hoodie, amended so that it resembles the top of the helmet or suit.
To make the mask, follow the steps in the previous section using a plastic container for the visor. Alternatively, you can also use a sheet of light blue felt or foam rubber to make the reflection of the glass.
Once you have the piece ready, cut out a rectangle the same size as the plastic container and insert it into the hold. Affix it with a glue gun or sticky back plastic. Sew up the back of the hoodie and make some holes in the mouth area to aide breathing.
