How to Make an Among Us Space Suit Costume

Do you need to make a costume real quick with limited time and budget? An Among Us cosplay space suit costume is the perfect choice. It can be easily improvised and is very economical. To create your Among Us player costume, you will need shoes, baggy pant and a sweatshirt in the color of your preferred Among Us crew member, i.e. whatever color you like. 1. Measure the height of the hat so you don't go overboard when cutting the felt material.
2. Cut the blue felt into a rounded rectangle. The measurements will depend on how tall the hat is, as you will stick it in the middle of the hat to simulate the glass visor of the Among Us helmets.
3. Next, cut an oval rectangle out of white felt about one-third the size of the blue visor.
4. Using the glue gun, glue the white piece on top of the blue visor as shown in the video.
5. Glue both pieces onto the hat using silicone glue or double-sided tape.

These are the materials you need to build your own homemade Among Us space suit:

• 2 and a half meters of fabric
• A medium cardboard box
• Sewing machine
• Cloth or cotton filling
• Plastic food container
• Paint for plastic container

Another fantastic idea that comes to mind, if you don't have hats or the time to make the full suit, is to make a mask or visor that imitates the helmet. As with the first option, the only thing you will need for the wardrobe is clothes of the same color. In this case you will need a hoodie, amended so that it resembles the top of the helmet or suit.

To make the mask, follow the steps in the previous section using a plastic container for the visor. Alternatively, you can also use a sheet of light blue felt or foam rubber to make the reflection of the glass.

Once you have the piece ready, cut out a rectangle the same size as the plastic container and insert it into the hold. Affix it with a glue gun or sticky back plastic. Sew up the back of the hoodie and make some holes in the mouth area to aide breathing.
